Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@willowandamber.com. Please include your order number in your message.
Beyond this window, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be in production or processing. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer an option.
If your order is already on its way, you are welcome to return it upon delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
30-Day Easy Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Return Costs
Defective or Non-Defective Products
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Non-defective items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
There is no cost to the customer if the product:
- Was not what you ordered
- Arrived damaged in transit
- Has a manufacturing defect of any kind
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost if:
- The wrong item was ordered
- The item does not meet sizing expectations
- The item is no longer needed or wanted
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item

- Pack Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Send It Back: Follow the shipping instructions provided in your return authorization email, using the recommended carrier or shipping method outlined there.
Refund Process

- Refund Timing: Once approved, your refund will be initiated promptly. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, as processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We are happy to accept exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please reach out to us at info@willowandamber.com and we will make the process as smooth as possible.
Order Not Delivered
f your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@willowandamber.com with your order number. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate. If your package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional charge.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return due to hygiene and safety considerations. Any such products will be clearly identified as non-returnable on their respective product pages.
